This was second time at bat working as master of ceremonies for the PPNC Awards Banquet. It's always an honor to do this for PPNC. Many of my best friends are in PPNC.

Janet's award

Janet recieved her Associate Fellowship Degree from the Professional Photographers of North Carolina. Through her 15 years of membership, she attained 35 credits toward her Fellowship Degree. Here she is with good friend and PPNC President Cassie Stone, receiving the honor.

Welcome to my studio blog. Here, I plan to talk about the photography that Janet and I do and the portraits we create. Check here often to see our latest work and to post your questions or comments about the images. From time to time, I will take specific images, like the one at left titled "Anna" and discuss them. How did we come up with the idea for such an image. Janet and I will offer everything from wedding day tips to baby portrait tips on this blog.
